Dean Lowy received her Ph.D. in Mathematics from New York University, and her MBA from UCLA. She was the recipient of the prestigious NATO Fellowship for study at Mathematics – Physics conference in Istanbul, Turkey and awarded the Charles Offer Finance Award at University of California at Los Angeles Graduate School of Management. She has taught at Baruch College, Brooklyn College, Cal Polytech-Pomona and UCLA, served on the administration of Jerusalem College of Technology, and has also enjoyed a successful career in business. Dr. Lowy is the Dean of Touro College Los Angeles.
